What you require:

a single large avocado

three ovules

a half-cup of coconut flour

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

50 ml of sirup

unsweetened applesauce, half a cup

1 seasoning teaspoon

Blend the avocado, applesauce, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a food processor until very liquid. Mix until all ingredients are well-incorporated and the mixture is clump-free  Add eggs after transferring them to a large bowl. 

  • Stir in the baking soda, sea salt, cocoa powder, and coconut flour until everything is thoroughly combined.

  • Add the batter to an 8x8-inch baking dish greased with coconut oil and bake in a highly preheated oven (350F) for 20 to 25 minutes. allow sitting for at least two minutes to cool. Squares can be removed, so enjoy!

  • Brownies should be stored in an airtight container for up to two days at room temperature. For longer shelf life, keep inside white goods.

Grilled pineapple with lime and honey

What you require:

single pineapple

4 tablespoons of sliced unsweet coconut

2 tablespoons of syrup or honey

1/fourth cup of juice

 ice cream with coconut

Blocks of three/4 inch pineapple should be sliced. This amounts to about eight pieces. Depending on your preference, you'll decide whether to keep the skin on. In a large bowl, combine the honey and juice Brush the mixture onto the edges of each pineapple slab.

Cook pineapples for about 3 minutes on each side on a greased grill over medium heat until grill marks appear. Transfer to serving plates after removing from heat.
