Bites of grilled kiwi with creamy coconut puff

For the cream, mix two kiwis halved lengthwise with a cup of slightly cooled coconut milk and two spoons of granulated sugar. Take the can of coconut cream out of the fridge and put it back. Discard all liquid. Put the cream and sugar in a bowl and mix to make a fluffy mass. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Just grill the kiwi slices on a preheated medium heat grill for just a few minutes or until the bottom begins to caramelize. To serve, place a small coconut on top of the grilled kiwi.
